c. Kindred Sports International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion, including where incorrect information is provided or payment terms are not met.

5. Participation and Assumption of Risk
Participation in sporting events involves inherent physical risks. By registering for and participating in a Kindred Sports International event, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
Kindred Sports International is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during events, except where required by law.
6. Merchandise and Tours
