NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Please note: A non-refundable deposit of 30% must be paid on invoice after booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

For non-refundable bookings, or those outside standard cancellation windows, impacted by confirmed airline schedule changes (including Air New Zealand, Jetstar, Hawaiian Airlines, Air Tahiti, or Air Rarotonga):

  • A date-change credit will be offered at the original booking rate, valid for 18 months from the cancellation date.

  • If a guest is unable to travel due to an airline-related disruption, supporting documentation (e.g. flight change or cancellation notice) will be required.

  • Cancellations unrelated to airline schedule changes remain subject to standard booking terms and conditions.

  • All applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with any refunds or credits issued at the discretion of Kindred Sports management.

All entrants are strongly encouraged to arrange travel insurance from the date of entry and to consider including cancellation cover within their policy.

Pricing
All Prices Stated are Per Person

    • Accommodation availability is tight and bookings will be first in, first booked

    • Accommodation will be subject to prior sale and if unavailable other options will be offered

    • All prices stated are per person

    • Non-refundable deposit is 30% to be paid on invoice after booking.

    • Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred as a deposit to participants in this event

    • Non Refundable full payment is required on or before 60 days from arrival in Rarotonga

    • Prices available in New Zealand or Australian dollars to be paid by Bank Transfer-details included in the invoice.

    • Travel Insurance is recommended and cancellation clause is recommended to be included.

    • Entries close 15th July 2026 (unless sold out prior) or at any other time at the discretion of the managers of Kindred Lawn Bowls

    • All persons participating as players or supporters must accept and sign the waiver, release and indemnification requirements before attending the event.

    • Entries may be from teams or individuals.

    • All participants must purchase one of the packages provided by the organisers.

    • Photographers may attend the event and capture your image. It is a condition of entry that you consent to use of your image and likeness by Kindred Lawn Bowls for whatever purpose, including marketing of services in brochures and/or any website.

    • If you do not wish to provide your consent, you must advise us prior to the travel date.
